I believe that the Senate immigration bill was written by La Raza. Kennedy is too dumb to have written it.....he could hardly read from the book in front of him.
I want to know just who wrote that bill.

Kennedy's staffers wrote the bill. One can also see they were heavily lobbied by La Raza, et al.
