Wallace just mentioned a few Governors are not thrilled about putting the NG on the boarder .. no surprise there

I'm not too thrilled about putting the National Guard on the border either, especially if they are unarmed or standing around with empty M-16's.

If we do deploy troops on the border, they should be armed and the rules of engagement should be clearly identified so that nobody has an excuse to not know what could/would/should happen.

Still, the most effective solution is to deploy the National Guard to serve warrants on employers in this country who are hiring illegal aliens in violation of all labor laws in this country.

After the illegal jobs dry up, the flood across the border would slow down to a point where the existing border patrol could control the border.
