From FReeper Snugs graphics shop, here are last week's winners:
Good morning, Alas. Tyrell and Palast are going at it on C-Span. Palast needs psychiatric help.
Good morning AB and thanks again for the thread.
I did notice this morning that all the Sunday shows have mothers on to celebrate Mothers Day. FOX has Mrs. Bush and Mrs. Cheney. Specter, Hagel and Biden are all on this weekend. Big mothers there.
Oh well
. FOX will be the one to watch. I'm with you too, Happy Mothers Day to all the real mothers on here today.
Good morning! I am inerested in Laura Bush and Mary Cheney. I might steel myself to listen to Newt's latest backstabbing, but it IS Mother's Day and I hope someone else will do the reporting.
Congratulations Anita, Phsstpok and Maica. Great job!
There's a left wing conspiracy kook on C-Span now, and sitting across from the nut is Emmett Tyrrell, who's exposing him as the kook he is.
Funny stuff and worth a look.
Thanks for the correction. I thought it was Lynn Cheney who was going to be on FNS.
After Mass today all the men of the parish are putting on a feast for all the women. I'm cooking right now, that's why I posted a little earlier this morning. Anyway, I'll not be on the thread much until after noon, and then later I'm taking my wife and moms out to eat. Nobody cooks today except for me!
He actually said that most of the military were in uniform because they couldn't get jobs or afford to go to school. I wish someone would slap him.
Same here. We are going out for brunch and then to the Botanical Gardens. It's a bit chilly so it may be a short stroll.
Have a wonderful day! I went to Mass last night thinking I would sleep late this morning. Unfortunately, my two cats had other ideas, and I was up at 5AM.
Good morning AB...thanks for the thread. Happy Mothers Day to all!
In competition for the most annoying tv commentator is that horrid little man on News Watch who, yesterday, praised Patrick Kennedy for at least being honest about his problem and seeking treatment, whereas Rush Limbaugh was a hypocrit about his. I was furious and no one called him on it, no one.
Amazing! I missed Julian yesterday saying that. I hope his e-mail box filled to overflowing. What an idiot. I continue to believe Julian is so racially focused that he appears ignorant and uneducated. Similar to some of the "eastern" blacks I've met in the past. To explain, many eastern blacks will claim to be against prejudice but see virtually every issue through a racial prism.
F&F are touting the notes Cheney wrote on the Wilson article as NEW info -- just OUT from Fitzgerald. This is old stuff.
Does Fox now think we are as stupid as the other MSM does??
They all need to be put in a room and be forced to listen to Darryl Whorely's Have You Forgotten?. They have!
Every single word they utter needs to be recorded and played back--word for word--if we're attacked again. If so much as one American dies or is hurt due to terrorism in this country, these SOB's will have that person's blood on their hands.
I can only hope the recent poll where 63% are in favor of the NSA searching phone records for terrorists make them reconsider what they're going to say, but these pompous a$$es think they're words are golden.
Well, I know it's Mother's day and all, but I have been trying to lose some weight (without much success I may add). Unfortunately, by the end of the day, I'll be fatter!
Hopefully we won't have Hagel for very long.
(The plan is to make him think he has a chance for the nomination -- then he won't run again for his Senate seat)
HAGEL for President!!! I'm on it already /s
