I haven't gone to a movie theater in YEARS....and at times like this I am so glad that none of these people have gotten my money.

What would Gibson and others have said it Bush acted like 9/11 was "no big deal"...and we had had another attack???

IMO, we need MORE reminders of 9/11, not less.

Oh I agree. 9-11 has faded in the memories of many Americans. The reluctance over the movie 'United 93' is proof that many would rather forget what happened than to deal with the every day reality of it.

I will never forget.

Of course, I also know that all the bloviating by any Hollywood star- regardless of political affiliation- is usually timed to help promote something, and in essence, make money. This movie has failure written all over it. Mel's criticism of the President may make his movie a critical darling, but I just can't see the public at large embracing this movie as they did Passion of the Christ.

In light of your post above, I suggest you go to see United 93. In fact, I suggest it for everyone!
