>>Gov. Mitt Romney flirted with abolishing a state advisory commission on gay youth for promoting a parade featuring a crossdressing master of ceremonies and embracing transgender teens, a spokesman said Friday.<<

So he thinks they should find a transgender that doesn't crossdress?

Mitt Romney, man of courage.

Homosexuality doesn't bother me, but...

...why IS there a state advisory commission on gay youth?

What does a Wackychusetts transgender organization have to do with the presidency of the United States? Are you suggesting Romney would use the presidency to implement similar liberal programs at the federal level?

A Romney administration would be no different than the current Bush administration on these matters.

Find a real issue. Making one up like this shows desperation on your part.

Of all the potential presidential candidates for 2008, Romney is far and away the best bet for continued economic prosperity and a robust free market yielding rising wages and a larger investor class.

A Romney administration would not be a gay administration. It would not be a Mormon administration. It would be a robust and powerful wealth-creating administration.

I remain hopeful that Romney will terminate the pro-homosexual commission. The 'organized perversion' crowd hates him anyway, and it's fairly clear that both Romney and the Commonwealth citizenry are opposed to this stuff.

As for concerns about harrassment of the sexually confused, that's a matter of law enforcement, and schools using disciplinary measures to uphold civility standards and the law. More students in general should be advised of their rights to effective legal recourse if harrassed, threatened, or attacked.

And of course, as students, faculty, or citizens Conservatives are dedicated to protecting people against abuse and oppression. We just don't believe in swiping people's tax dollars to indicate public approval of counterproductive quirks.
