I've asked you this before, but you never respond to my posts. Do you think that you have ever persuaded one single personal with your incessant personal attacks and insults. Do you honestly think that people can be insulted into agreeing with you? Or is just intimidating people into shutting up your sole objective? Do you think that people who do "shut up" change their mind or their actions?

I feel confident that you have alienated more people that you ever could have hoped to persuade and have caused more people to turn away from the GOP than any single person on this forum. I think that is your true objective.

There is a pack of these people on Free Republic. I do not understand why they are here, year after year.

Free Republic is supposed to be a place where intelligent debate can take place. Jim has stated that till he is blue in the face, yet the mud-slinging crowd never listens.

On the bright side, as you mentioned, they are not doing themselves any favors, so maybe it's best they keep it up, out in the open.

They drive people away from their side by the droves.

[I posted that about Stevens a few weeks ago, and MNJohnnie said it didn't happen and implies that I lied, as he does on many threads, including this one and my post about the 1200 illegals being detained a few weeks ago and many being released within hours. With both Stevens incidents (Stevens cried and threatened to resign/quit the Senate two different times about his bridges to nowhere) and with the release of the many of the 1200 illegals, MNJohnnie wanted links. I provided them, because MNJohnnie doesn't like to do his own research; he just wants to contradict posts. When someone proves their own posts correct, MNJohnnie remains quiet, only to post his whines and rants at a later opportunity.]

You haven't been paying attention lately, have you? The fact that this "MNJohnnie" guy is allowed to post with impunity should answer your question about where the management of Freerepublic stands on the illegal immigration debate.
