our nation is incapable of capturing the estimated 12 million illegal aliens

This is a bogus argument. Most will leave voluntarily when employers are forced to obey the law. Another large group will leave when welfare is denied to illegals. A relatively small number will remain with no work and no welfare, and these can be tracked down over time. It's not as if 12 million people need to be rounded up over night.

Correct. No job, no money, no free hospital emergency room, no public schools, no welfare checks, no food stamps.

By gosh, it's almost like being home back in Mexico, but the tacos aren't as good.

Someone posted the following in another thread yesterday. It is most appropriate as a response to those who whine that we can't do anything with all those illegals who are already here.

President Bush says there is no way we can deport 12 million people. It is just can't be done.

Mexico did.

Exactly. How do we get 100 million people to put license plates on their cars? Enforcement.
