Thanks for the heads-up. The update from the comments section by "Dave" is really interesting!

Great work to Joseph for the translation and Captain Ed for getting this out there!

J, I hope you take Captain Ed up on his request for an interview with you! That would be great!

Thank you. As a mechanical engineer, electricity is not my forte :)

A mech engineer likely wrote the paper.

In fact the 20 KV generator came under the table of Mechanical requirements and not the Electrical requirement in this document, and I wrote by mistake "electrical" rather than "mechanical" for the translation of page 3.

You are right, this document may have been written by a mechanical engineer :)

Yes, a 20KW gen-set is of the size that would either be trailer mounted, or placed on the trailer frame in front of the mobile lab and directly behind the truck cab. It is common and can be found on most military communication trailers and all portable refrigeration units that have their own power supplies.

It is probably the most standard and common size available for such uses and would be hooked to a 100A electrical service.

--- We must remember there is a difference between WMD and Saddam's posession of UN banned weapons. We went to Iraq because of Saddam's failure to abide by the cease-fire agreement, ---

And the MSM has made damn sure that Americans, and the world, have forgotten that reason. It's sad how the MSM has duped the American people.

You may find this interesting. This is Bush's speech before the UN with him making the case for the Iraq War:

I know its a pain, especially when the journalists of the world are busy somewhere else desperately seeking (or inventing) a scandal so's they can get a Pulitzer nomination,.....

....But please keep translating.

"Now that we got the dems quotes out there...it's time we start searching for these pre-war Bush quotes."

I have found several translations of the President's speeches at www.whitehouse.gov. I don't know if you can access the archives, nor how long they keep them active before archiving them.

Once again...Thank You for the continued updates! Without Tony Snow's show on anymore I don't know where to listen to hear you being interviewed these days? have you been on any other shows recently??
I would think that the radio show producers would be busting their humps trying to get you booked to discuss what you've found out so far....Hannity?????

Tony and few others were very nice to interview me, but unfortunately I do not see that more radio talk shows are interested in this.
