Ted Hayes had the flag wrapped around his shoulders and he also uses it as a scarf. I wish he wouldn't do that.

If I saw anyone on our side starting to get violent or confrontational, I would personally restrain them. I've done it before. I can be strong when need be.

C-SPAN is talking about coverage next Tuesday on this ... of what I do not know.

Maybe it has something to do with the President giving a speech on immigration next Monday night at 8:00 PM eastern time. Sure hope Tony Snow has talked some sense into the President regarding immigration.

During the Washington DC event Fri 5.12.06, awaiting my opportunity to lead the singing of our National Anthem with Jim Gilchrist, I stood behind Ted Hayes, to his left. We heard protesters shouting, "We can't see your hoods!" implying that Minuteman supporters are KKK members. Ted raised the flag shrouding his shoulders to briefly cover his head, intended as a witty retort to the protesters.
