You can talk about socialism all you want, but the basic fact of the matter is that Serbia is the one place in the balkans inhabited by normal, middle class people. Serbia will rise again, Kosovo will belong to Serbia again, and you and all your narco-terrorist relatives over there in Tirana will be sitting there breeding yourselves into extinction in projects which look like Gangs of New York in your own place because every other place in the balkans will have thrown your goofy asses out. In fact, at some point fairly soon, ALL slammites will get heaved out of Europe.
In fact America's out of control state department may still be stuck in some sort of clintonista wet dream regarding policy in the balkans, but obviously other countries including Russia and Japan are not.
