"Below expectations" Whose expectations? They throw this line in on EVERY story about the Economy? Whose expectation are so completely out of control to think the numbers should be BETTER then this?

They spin it as jobless claims still high.
They also do not believe the BLS Unemployment Rate even though the same civil servants are collecting the same data and reporting it the same way as they did when Clinton was in the Whitehouse, or three years ago when Unemployment was high.
When the news was bad for Bush or good for Clinton DU'ers believed it.
