White women have a fertility rate at below 1/2 the commonly accepted replacement birthrate. Black women are below replacement levels also, though not as bad.

darn, can't use this article to convince wife to have another child since we would be adding the the hispanic minority. Our kids are part Mexicna(Spanish), Korean, English, Irish and Scottish.
