This article is based on a Census report that was released this week. From this report, in NJ, Mexican women have 4 times the fertility rates of white women in prime ages for child bearing. White women have a fertility rate at below 1/2 the commonly accepted replacement birthrate. Black women are below replacement levels also, though not as bad.
It's just unbelievable how radically entire states' populations will change in under 15 years.

That must mean a lot of white women are not having children at all. In our town, largely white, the average number of children is well over two, close to three, I'd say.
