Hearing he has met with major donors 'recently' and will be in the race before the deadline on Friday. Announcement scheduled for early this week was moved back for a reason but it will happen.

My understanding is that they HOPED that Harris would have listened to reason and bowed out gracefully. She should quit tomorrow, but word is she wont. She is going to force the GOP to have to defeat her, when it is so unnecessary. The GOP would be eternally grateful if she just threw in the towel.
