After reading this a few times, I am absolutely certain that he sees himself placed in his position because he is to make history - he considers himself a messenger of the prophets, if not actually one himself - "Mr. President, you may know I am a teacher" .

He warns that the danger is already here - "Could it be planned and executed without coordination with intelligence and security services – or their extensive infiltration? Of course this is just an educated guess"

It appears he has, in his mind, called on all the prophets, and seems to be calling for the the beginning of the Apocalypse protraying President Bush as the 1st Horseman, and himself the Second....

Not to mention one of the local networks has just shown a bird flu TV movie and referred everyone to pandemicflu.gov just in case you didn't get your fill of fear from the regular news.
