I'm with you. The problem is with the Senate...not GWB. Even if he is wrong on immigration/borders, and I believe he is wrong, a strong Senate leader and an ounce of courage among the members would over rule the President.

What galls me in general, and I'm sure it's no different here, is that typically only 25-30% of registered voters show up at primaries. This is where change occurs...if you don't like what's going on, then vote against the incumbent and work hard for their victory.

But noooooooooo.......70% stay home on primary day...probably including all the whiners.

It will be a sad day next January if Nancy Pelosi takes the gavel...very sad.

OTOH, think of how the prospects for Republicans in 2008 and far beyond could be vastly improved if the American people had a taste of a 'rat dominated house run by Pelosi for 2 years.
