If there is one thing that Senator Edward Kennedy is adamant about, it is that government officials play by the rules.
"The vast majority of Americans share our commitment to basic fairness," he lectured his fellow senators last May, when Republicans were threatening to trigger the "nuclear option" -- to change the Senate's rules to prevent judicial nominations from being filibustered. "They agree that there must be fair rules, that we should not unilaterally abandon or break those rules in the middle of the game."

I dabble a bit in the water and it would sem to me that if these windmills were put up on shoals they would be great for warning boats of shallow water. I dont know how deep they call a shoal in Mass. but its better to see one than to hit one.
You must examine the vehicles which liberals drive. They're ALL double standard.
There are rules for us unwashed scum, and different rules for the royal Kennedys. Teddy murdered Mary Jo but got away with it. Patches drove drunk and is getting away with it. Cousin Willie raped a girl and got away with it. Joe III raped his babysitter and got away with it. And on it goes... (The exception is Michael Skakel who actually got convicted of murder, but that is an aberration) The point is that the Kennedys are just so much better and more important than us, they are subject to a different standard.
Why does anyone even listen to this fat, drunken slob?
I dunno.
Isn't Jacoby a major-league, brain-dead liberal? This column almost called swimmer a hypocrite.
lets start with throwing the POS son of yourn in jail where he belongs with you right next to him!!!
you fat bloated tub of guts you...
It is amazing that Kennedy would oppose this. Wind power has to be the energy source with the least impact on the environment. Nuclear energy has spent fuel and the process of making solar panels produces some waste materials. It would provide 75% of the energy needed on the Cape and the windmills would be 5 miles off shore....
