Maybe they can reopen Rosy Roads. Hey, it provided lots of jobs with real pay. But they pissed that one away.

Labor force 1.3 million (2000)

Seems like an awful high percentage of the 'employed' are 'working' for the government.

Especially since Puerto Rico is not a state.

This debacle going on in the island can only bolster the arguments of statehood opponents, and with good reason.
