Nope, I can't provide a link...I just don't remember him ever saying anything but a guest worker program..and I know that before 9/11...he and Vincente Fox were working towards that goal...

Mind you...I am pretty much against his plan...I would prefer a wall being buildt NOW...and then when it is done, we will worry about what to do with the illegals that are already here.
