they could have said "let loose"

....and believe me, if you use the stuff, 'letting loose' is the appropriate phrase!

When I had my last "steel eel" exam, I had to drink a gallon of stuff that caused a massive case of the runs rather than take a phosphate enema. Not pleasant to be sure, but if chased with a few sips of lemon lime soda bearable and apparently less risky.

Don't be put off by these warnings, colon exams can be life saving. I lost my Mother to colon cancer and only wish she had routinely taken one of these exams.

Ah yes, the FDA. Government sticking its hands into the free market again 'for the children'. While I'm not planning on using such a product, apparently there is a demand for it. I'm still waiting for them to ban peanut butter, as it killed far more people during the same time span as ephedra....

The bowel-cleansing infomercial on radio is a pleasant reminder on both Saturday and Sunday (every weekend for the past two years) that it is time to get outdoors and forget the radio and get something more or less useful done.

But the FDA will ban natural products that do the job just as effectively as the chemical gobbledygook produced by Big Pharm.

Yep. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

What happened to a good old fashioned dose of Epson salts?

You need to be clean as a whistle for colonoscopy, or somebody's thousands of dollars are wasted.
