I wrote a program that monitors cpan.org and whitehouse.gov for pending press converences so we can launch a live thread.

I am incredibly impressed that you have the knowledge to do something like that. I can usually put my shoes on in the morning and, so far, have been able to refrain from sleepdriving.

I'm in your shoes, Bahbah...I'm lucky I get all the shaving cream off...I'm a systems guy but I haven't done application programming on PCs ever and on mainframes I haven't coded for 20 years!
