Bingo! They could get him on that but it seems the Capital Police are just walking on egg shells afraid of bringing any charges to any Democrat. Even the Congress Animal McKinney doesn't get charged after hitting a police officer.

The FOP didn't take too kindly to McKinney's antics, and from what I've seen on the news about TJ, if they aren't fed up with the Kennedy Klan, they are pretty close....
If this keeps up, Republicans won't have to campaign against Dims....just run footage from the 6:00 news....
