From a professional aspect (i.e. physician point of view) I thinks he is a grand master of spin, like all the Kennedy's. I am sure the Kennedy's can afford better physicians than one that would NOT warn him of the dangers of taking these two drugs together, or does he not give a sh*t?

The two of these should NOT be used together. AND, IMHO, taking these two drugs together is NO excuse for getting a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD. Since when is DUI only limited to the use of alcohol?
He was definitely inebriated. Both of these drugs have as a warning that you should NOT drive or operate heavy machinery while taking. SOOOO, if he is trying to use this as an excuse, he's is either a terrible liar, or he's just plain stupid: ... Is he saying, he is unable to read the warnings that were obviously place on BOTH containers?
