The funny thing is, I don't even see that the term "illegal alien" carries a very strongly negative connotation.

To me it is a mildly negative term, which I believe matches the reality of the situation.


What I consider a REAL slur is the word "Senator".

Nor do I. The term is benign. I cannot find an example where it is an epitaph such as the "N" word.

The author of this pile of crap dishonored true Americans with the terms "redneck hillbilly" to theoretically insult the illegal alien and try and associate the descriptor "illegal alien" with the unacceptable "n-word". Truly a disgusting attempt to destroy our society by changing definitions.
