Didn't Patches have a traffic boo-boo in Providence just the other day?
The police report was posted with his "scrawl" which showed he is either an habitual drunkard (taking over the family business) or was damn near death when he wrote down his version of the accident.
Kennedys - Drunk, dumb and privileged is a Hell of way to go through life.
