California is NOT Texas. The political climate of Texas reinforces the new arrivals foundation of conservative values. The political climate of Kalifornia erodes that same foundation. Steady and sure, like Big Muddy, the new arrivals' values in The Golden State will be worn down by the abrasive nature of liberalism..........

That is why I put in the disclaimer about possible differences in the Mexicans in the two states. When it comes to California left is right and up is down. :)
