Federal judges have no authority over State matters with regard to religion. None whatsoever. Federal judges only have authority if Congress passes a law. This ruling is a violation of the 10th Amendment and can simply be ignored. No fines need to be paid. The Mayor of San Diego should call a press conference to announce he is nullifying the ruling, in order to educate the public about the seperation of powers of the Constitution.

Very true but they have been getting away with this since Justice Hugo Black haunted the Supreme Court.. Congress needs to jerk their chains but they are too busy jerking something else...
