Not sure, but I'm hearing it's in the same max security as the 1993 WTC bombers.

Let's hope that Supermax is more secure these days. The 1993 WTC plotters later sent out more terrorist communications through their treasonous lawyer.

"Life in prison without parole" means he'll be out in less than 8 years. Ready to kill again with a whole new band of Islamic morons that he recruited and "converted" in prison.

Trial by Jury beats a lynching any day. But ...

Trial by Jury beats a lynching any dayIt is not a lynching to shoot an enemy soldier making war on your nation when he is caught out of uniform and behind your lines.
It's simple justice, per the laws and usages of war.

He's a homocidal sociopath, a loner. Solitude will suit him just fine.

To a certain extent, those of us here in Terre Haute, Indiana, are grateful he's not getting the McVeigh treatment.
Our city was a circus for six months because of the Mcveigh execution. I believe this guy would have made it worse.
To: Military family member
Instead of a six month circus, we get treated to a "living martyr-political prisoner" show for the next 50 years.
Some victory.

The ony upside I see is we wont have vigils for this human piece of waste from misguided softheads and we wont have idiot liberals claiming we are morally equivalent to terrorists for justly executing this terrorist.

True, but I don't have to worry about thousands of people marching in my streets, protesting his death. I don't have to worry about how the dems that rule this town right now fumble around with "protection" for my family.
He may, in fact, still end up here at the Federal Pen. It has both level 4 and 5 facilities.
