Prayers and support for Reza Pahlavi. I sure hope the U.S. is working behind the scenes and won't let those Iranians down the way we did the Iraqis when they plotted and planned to overthrow Saddam.

It would be such a huge, positive developement if Reza Pahlavi were to overthrow the present regeime. The Iranian people have had to put up with so much for so long. They deserve better.

Now I need to do some research on Pahlavi. Prayers for Iranians to stand up and overthrow the insane asylum that represents their country.

It would certainly be interesting to see just how he could pull such a thing off by the overthrow of the current regime and by annexing the mullahs as his Grandfather did. Would he put on his Grandfather's boots? I do believe once he were established, he would be a moderate leader and a good friend to the US as well as bringing stability to the Middle East as his father the Shah did.

I am not convinced Pahlavi has the moxie or the know-how.
A revolution in Iran has been a pipe dream for so many for so many years.
Someone please tell the Persians they are in deep shit.

Just think, if it wasn't for the fact that Jimma Carter left the Shah of Iran to hang out and dry and didn't support him when he desperately need US support, we would not be talking about this let alone the last 25 year of hell for the Iranian people.

Well, a revolution is more possible in Iran than China, it would be next to a miracle if you or I were to see a revolution for freedom in China in our life time.

It appears any revolutionary impetus would be a supplement to a projection of power in Iran, rather than a substitute.

Talk, talk, talk. He has had 27 years to do this. Don't hold your breath.
We are giving democracy to Iraq on a silver plate. I predict it will not work, due to the regional, racial and religious makeup.
Same might hold true for Iran. I rather expect a MAJORITY of Iranians want to be able to abuse their women, in traditional islamic fashion.
I have met Christians and Jews that got out of Iran, and they ALL say islam is the problem.
To: truth_seeker
Yes, Islam should be destroyed. Ignored historians warned so for centuries.
We must have the will, and the plan.
Decapitate the two-headed snake. Saudi and Iran.
They are surrounded.
