Harris Launches Television Spot Will Fight for Floridians
For Immediate Release May 2, 2006 Contact: Chris Ingram (813) 288-8400
(Tampa, Fla.) -- The Katherine Harris for U.S. Senate campaign announced today a statewide media buy to begin airing tomorrow. The thirty-second advertisement is the first statewide media buy of Harris' campaign. The ad focuses on Harris' record of accomplishment, and willingness to stand up for Floridians in the United States Senate.
"The spot demonstrates Katherine Harris' commitment to this race and to the people of Florida. And it reminds voters there is a big difference between her and liberal Bill Nelson," said Harris's communications director, Chris Ingram.
"Katherine is tough, capable, and tested in the fire of the public arena. We need a fighter in Washington, D.C. - someone who is willing to take on the beltway boys for the citizens of Florida and be an advocate for common-sense. That person is Katherine Harris, and the spot reminds voters of her determination and willingness to fight for Florida's families," Ingram added.
The spot, produced by Wilson-Grand Communications, will air statewide for approximately ten days. The spot will also be available on the Katherine Harris for U.S. Senate website, www.electHarris.org on Wednesday.

It's a winner!
Just do a 30 sec spot with her on the Horse,You FReepers know what I mean........
It looks great.
Good point !
Slamming the opponent will not work and would look like an act of desperation .
I'm sure the anti-Harris sharks that are circling this thread will spew the usual FL MSM/RNC talking points on why Harris should drop out.
Here's hoping this commercial gives her a much-needed boost and some momentum.
