When I complained to Ford they sent this "canned" reply:
Thank you for writing.
At Ford we value diversity among all of our constituents and pride ourselves on strong and clear values respect for our customers, communities, employees, suppliers and dealers; acceptance of our differences; inclusion of different people with different perspectives; and integrity to always do the right thing. We value all people regardless of their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation and cultural or physical differences. This is a strong commitment we intend to carry forward with no exception. We are pleased to clear up any misperceptions and get back to doing what we do best - building the best cars and trucks in America.
Thank you again for contacting Ford.
Respectfully,

My reply to their "canned" response was:
If you pride yourselves with strong and clear values, why do you not advertise on Mike Savage's talk radio? Why do you discriminate against him and his ten million listeners? Why do you feel compelled to advertise on repulsive publications? Why can you not value people without giving them money and insulting millions of others in the process? What kind of logic or justification is that? How stupid do you think we are?
I value all people but do not give money to all. Good luck with Ford products. You will do fine I am sure!
As for me, I bought a Ford in 1957; and returned to the fold in 2001; but will be looking at the Honda and Toyota and other versions of the F-150 instead of Ford because of their destructive and rude behavior! What jerks!
I wasn't aware there were other versions of the F-150. Wouldn't Ford have trademark problems with that? Maybe you meant other half-ton pickups? (I'm with you on the gist of your letter, though).
Don't forget to keep boycotting Toyota for their giving in to the extortion of Jesse Jackson!!
Those are the sort of canned replies once expects from government agencies.
