Texas is my "home" I am a Texan forever...
It is too expensive ..I got a good buy on a Condo in Goleta in a great condo area and when I sold it and bought a house again in Texas, I paid cash . I had to take my one time only tax exemption because I paid so much less here than I sold the Condo for.
It must have been nice while it lasted. The weather there along the California coast is so perfect....most of the time.
