Uh, just FYI, both are gas turbine powered aircraft, run on same fuel, and most earlier King Airs were built to a lower safety standard (Part 23 vs. Part 25 for the ERJ-145).
While there is a difference in approach speeds and aircraft weight (the RJ is quite a bit bigger), the basic technique and conclusion ain't too much different, and with luck and God's Will, most probably will come out the same.
