You'll notice that the 25 worst Senators are Democrats (along with Jeffords). Then you get to the first RINO, Chaffee. You don't find the next RINO until you get to Collins, the 44th worst. DeWine is at number 48. That means that of 100 senators, 47 had worse records than DeWine.

Decent lifetime rating, bad 2004 rating, worse 2005, not a good trend.
Oh well I've never voted for DeWine in a primary before, I'm not starting tomorrow. I expect the little weasle to win tomorrow, but not by all that much and certainly without my vote.
I made the point on the Ohio Board that DeWine has a lifetime ACU rating of 80 and Sherrod Brown has an 8.
Since we have 55 Senators, and Collins ranks 44th -- that means only two 'Rats rank more conservative than Collins. IMHO only Chafee and Jeffords (before he jumped) qualify as "Rinos".
The idea that DeWine is in a close primary election is laughable. I hope his opponents draw a lot of support tomorrow, because I don't really like DeWine and his leftward drift, but incumbent Republican Senators rarely lose primary elections.
I find the people who use the term "RINO" the most are the same folks who openly hope for Republican defeat this year, vote third party, and/or claim no difference between the parties. In other words, they suffer from terminal cases of projection.
