Exactly. We fixed the Passport office which was JUST as screwed up in the late 50s and 60s. This could be done with some reasonable adjustment of the law and more importantly bringing technology into BICE. If the Congress will spend the money and DO it. Because if they don't, you are still going to have the same amount of illegal immigration no matter how against the law it is, because if you can't relieve the pressure legally, it WILL be relieved illegally.
