In other words, they are all walking out?
Be aware that many restaurants are traditionally closed on Mondays, at least here in the Midwest, to give their staffs Sunday and Monday off. So if your favorite restaurant is closed, don't automatically assume that it's supporting the walk out, it may be their normal day to be closed. Same for barbershops and beauty shops.
Make sure you find out which restaurants normally are closed on Monday before you boycott. For many restaurants, Monday is the only day they're closed (recovering from the weekend).

The Mexican chain retaurants in the Dallas area are all open, which is to be expected and is fine. Most of them are reasonably authentic. Taco Cabana has menudo--how much more authentic do you need? The local Mexican restaurants seem to be closed, with one explicitly stating that they are closed for the boycott. Good luck with that. You boycott one day. I boycott you until the end of time. Never again. It's no big loss, since as someone said, what are the chances standard hygiene practices are followed?
