Are you on drugs? If so, are you a long term drug user or just a part time speculator??
An INVESTOR is one who has a
clearly defined goal for each group of securities, with established sell and buy points and the
ability to stick to that plan.
When my sell points are triggered,
I sell.
When my stop loss points are triggered,
I sell.
When my buy in points are triggered,
I buy in.
When the investment climate changes,
I buy in.
Even though you don't articulate it here, your investment managers do
that exact same thing, no matter if it be a mutual or bond fund, a hedge fund, or an investment group, and all according to the imperatives of that particular
plan.
I simply cut out the middle man.
What are you saying, that when you are achieving triple digit per annum you aren't taking profit? - LOL!
I make a
lot of money off of those with that mindset.
As one who taught me well said;
I just look for a pile of money that someone left on the floor and then I take it. Everything changes, everything in economics is in flux at all times, in a most chaotic (butterfly effect) way and you simply must establish certain way points in the trend and act accordingly.
in the long run, we are all dead.
Plan accordingly, or
pay others to do the same.
