I soured on McCain sometime ago, and I gave him money against Bush, but McCain was honorable when it came to Keating, and he was closer to Keating than the other four earlier. When Keating suggested sleaze, McCain said F you, and did not take his phone calls thereafter. McCain is an honorable and honest man. I will not stand silent, when some suggest otherwise. But alas, POTUS requires more. It requires calm, mature, and informed good judgment, animated by a curious, and vigorous, mind. On that score, McCain does not fit the bill. Plus he is too freaking old for POTUS. If that is "ageism," sue me.

Plus he is too freaking old for POTUS. McCain will be 72 in '08. Reagan was 73 when he started his 2nd term. Was the Gipper "too freaking old" as well?
McCain isn't too freaking old, he's too freaking insane/liberal.

McCain is an honorable and honest man. I will not stand silent, when some suggest otherwise An honest and honorable man does not break oaths that he has sworn. He swore to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, but now has openly and admittedly become one of them.
