It's the depression. I have no self confidence whatsoever.

You are an American - get over the depression. Listen to some Tony Robbins tapes, go to church, and stand tall, my friend. You are the future of this country. We need you. You are funneling this down to something small. Get larger in your thinking.
I know. Go out tomorrow, and wish good things to happen to five people you encounter. Open a door for one person, and wish them well. It will start you on a different path. I'm sorry to be harsh, if I come off that way, but you are too good to wallow. You have something to contribute to this world, and do not sell yourself short. God thinks the world of you---or he wouldn't have had you born under such a powerful sign. That's a compliment. Think of it THAT way.

I get the impression from your posts that deep down you do have the confidence (Karl Rove type comments and the fact you are normally confident of getting good grades etc). Also I feel that you would love to be more outgoing but I think you are correct the depression holds you back both in confidence and being more outgoing.
I hope and pray that graduating and seeing that you are as good as if not better than your peers will assist and help with this.

And how about some cake too. Candles, fireworks, EVERYTHING.
Now, I want to see a big smile!!!
