Today President Bush held a brief Press conference to speak about the economy in the Rose Garden of the White House, he also met with President Aliyev of Azerbaijan in the Oval Office at the White House, as well as, with North Korean Defectors and Family Members of Japanese Abducted by North Korea. Later in the day he met with Darfur Advocates in the Roosevelt Room
The filmmaker made the terrorists and the passengers morally equivalent. It showed them as being equally human, equally religious.
I was talking about my 2 favorite newsmen,commentators..media men! LOL
Take it from me....I get "into" a movie like most people get "into" a book....I LIVE the character, and it takes me hours to get over being "in" the movie. This was a slam dunk. I wanted to sign up for military service. I was proud I was an American. I HATE knives...and I could handle this movie. I was mad at the Mexicans and the crazy Islamics for wanting my Country. I came out of the theatre with my face looking like I was ready to mix it up. All the testostrone levels in my system were on high alert. I challenge the bad guys to show up on MY next flight.
I hope that all of you would have varying degrees of this same backbone. THIS IS AMERICA. WE ARE NOT WEENIES. WE ARE STRONG, GOOD, PEOPLE.
I guess that we just have different perceptions of what we saw. I saw them as weak and easily taken over. Sorry.
LOL~! I can relate. Mr.FF is terrible with dates, and always has been. Having a birthday on a day like Halloween has insured he doesn't forget it. (He is baaaad with dates, sometimes I wonder if he knows what year it is.)
Don't let depression fester... it can get quite serious. Do something silly QUICKLY!
Well those 2 are definitely the top 2 in that case! lol
They're still on the list of top 10 altogether, IMO!

HooRah!!! . . . OK, now I'm psyched! . . . I just hope some of those who have already 'forgotten' make the effort to see this movie!
I know. Go out tomorrow, and wish good things to happen to five people you encounter. Open a door for one person, and wish them well. It will start you on a different path. I'm sorry to be harsh, if I come off that way, but you are too good to wallow. You have something to contribute to this world, and do not sell yourself short. God thinks the world of you---or he wouldn't have had you born under such a powerful sign. That's a compliment. Think of it THAT way.

This is a link to the thread of FReeper Chris whose father was on Flight 93
He very much approved of the movie
You are very MATURE ...because knowing you aren't ready for children is a mature thing to know.
You should be very proud of yourself.
My quarrel with the film is that when Osama bin Laden supporters in the Muslim world see this film, they will come out of the theatre "ready to mix it up", too.
There was nothing in this film that was judgmental about what the hijackers did. It was a glorious film of about glorious Islamic martyrs, nice boys, religious boys, who love their families, taking the fight to America, God be praised.
It can be seen that way, too.
Go forth fine Capricorn. This is worth seeing. This is America fighting back...you and me type people that are scared and confused, and don't have the benefit of what we now know in their brains...and guess what??? They overpower the bad guys. They say...NO. If for no other reason. See Americans say, no...you can't do that. It's refreshing.
I was diagnosed with depression when I was 14. I've seen counselors, been on multiple medications. Right now I'm doing nothing. I'm not depressed right now. But I still have no self confidence.
"Good man" aura just surrounds them.
Oh yeah....well come right on over to my house Muslims....I'm ready to kick butt. I WILL NOT pee on myself. I will not.
I understand that a lot of people will not see this film the way I did.
my daughter and I are going to see it thursday night...first night we both have off from work
I chose NOT to see it that way. It inspired me to be strong, and see them as weak. They hesitated. They lost.
