WTH???? Is Bush smoking the cheap crap???? WTH is he thinking????? I've figured it out: Dubya's determined to end his presidency with a 0.00% approval rating and will do whatever it takes to earn it. This move will take him through that pesky 30% resistance. After that he'll go to work on the bots. With them out of the way, he can devote the last six months to alienating Laura and the girls.
