Would you have been less likely to see the movie if there were a true-life gay couple who were among the heroes?
Also, contrary to normal Hollywood values, I was very pleasantly surprised to see the Lord's Prayer was given as much prominence as it was. The murderous terrorists prayed for destruction which they received, yet I have no doubt they now regret it. The passengers prayed for the strength to save themselves and others and though they died, they saved others from destruction.
There was a stark contrast between the terrorists and the heroes. Allah, god of destruction in opposition to our heavenly Father and Jesus, God of Salvation. That scene, a rarity in today's movies, gives me even more reason to recommend this movie to others.
