They already have a HQ in DC?!?! The situation is worse than I thought....
Let them. In the market place of ideas, the better one wins. On an even footing, Islam has a hard time competing with Christianity. Tyranny has a hard time competing with Democracy.
That's why Islam and Tyranny try so hard to stamp Christianity and Democracy out through violence. If we imitate the enemy, we become an enemy to our own ideals.
(It is also why Democrats, who don't deserve the name they wear, try so hard to stamp out conservative ideas. They're only one step away from tyranny, and they know it, and they hope nobody else notices.)
Well, at least the English Al-Jazeera will have lots of help with their enunciation.

I encourage Al-Jazeera's U.S. language station...
Let them speak their thoughts directly to the american people.. and soon the american people will begin to understand what a despicable religion Mohamedannism is.. and how despicable the followers of that religion are..
let 'em go! MSNBC will lose it's 4 viewers and CNN will lose 25% of its.
Did the Third Reich have a station in the nation's capital while we were at war with it?
We are at war.
Why the hell are we facilitating these apologists for mass murder of Americans broadcasting from our nation's capital? No, this is not a free speech issue. This is a national safety issue.
Why not? We tolerate the communist ACLU, we pander to our resident enemies daily -- our government does not care as long as our enemies vote for them -- why not Al Jazeera?? Come on in boys...the rest of the world just walks into our country free of charge, and without any legal requirements...
I have an idea for a protest: wait for the station to be completed and start broadcasting. Then, one Tuesday morning, we have a whole bunch of hobbyists fly model aircraft into it.
Protest is a waste of time
Do what they do!
Let them build it and then blow it up!
And cut the support cables on their transmission tower.
I support the free exchange of ideas, and the neccessity of an independent media.
But, we wouldn't have allowed the Nazi Party to set up a radio station in the US during WWII.
We have enough BIAS in our media outlets and I don't need to hear the other sides' opinions.
Frankly, I don't give a damn what they have to say, I won't be listening or watching, and I will boycott every corporation who buys time.
