Sure, right after he parrot's the administration's policy. You people act like he's going to kick ass and take names. It ain't gonna happen! A month after he's in, the story will be "What happened to Tony?"

I think most of you know, that mine is a psychiatrist... I have it worse than all of you with him here 24/7...lol.
For one thing..I didn't post that but was responding to it...2nd...can't we have a day or two before people start to bash Tony and his job...FGS he hasn't even started yet..
Sometimes I hesitate to tell anyone I post here other than my immediate family for fear they will think that all conservatives are like some of our loudest friends.
That said, most of the really outrageous posts tend to show up right around national elections. Go figure.

and to top it off....my instructor (or should I say golf pro) is a goodlooking Brit....too bad he's married - but I think I'm going to like this golf thing....
I agree about Scott. But he wasn't the problem so much as whomever put him out there and left him too long.
Scott was ok if you wanted to do rope a dope and let the press make themselves look like exremist anti-American and anti-Bush. I thought that was ok for awhile. But it got too defensive when we needed articulate offense.
The other thing is that Scott was a Bush guy from Texas. He was not part of a national Conservative or Media movement as is Tony. He could not project much beyond his loyalty to the President. Tony CAN!
He also has some good ideas on PR which he has put forth on his show, and which is sorely needed.
This is a positive move, and you should try to have a little bit of hope.
I would offer to you that issue was front and center in the talks between Mr. Tony Snow and the administration. I cannot buy into the idea that he would just buckle under all of a sudden. I disagree and predict that the press corps is not going to know what hit them.
Let the trolls out themselves.
