If we're going to sell citizenship to the highest criminal bidder, why not sell it to the highest bidder on the open global market and make a ton of dough, bringing in wealthy consumers, who will vote Republican, instead of low skilled, poorly educated types who will vote Democrat and who couldn't begin to pay back the cost and damage they've cost us already while they've been here illegally.

Alright guys and gals - just trying to suggest a way out. If all anyone on "our side" can say is "no, no, no, no, no, no - just deport and build a wall" without any compromise at all, then there's not way out.

1. Build a fence.

2. Prosecute employers who knowingly hire illegals using RICO laws.

3. Eliminate the exemption that allows contractors to hire day laborers without verifying legal status, paying taxes, etc. If employers need day laborers they should have to get them through temp services like LaborReady and Manpower who are responsible for verifying status and paying taxes.

4. Pass laws allowing local jurisdictions to enforce immigration laws and seize assets of illegal aliens and employers who hire them. You would see a huge attitude shift on the part of local governments when there is money to be made by enforcing the law, ala the War on Drugs.

Do those and no deportations will be necessary.

Give every illegal here, $100,000 to go back to Mexico or wherever. In order to get the $100,000, they must submit to giving DNA. If they are found back in the USA, send to Prison and will not be released till their families pay back the $100,000.

President Bush has been great on most things except for our border.
He has been great on the war on terrorists.
But on the border he is a gross failure.
He acted fast and correct on the 3,000+ people murdered at the world trade center.
He ignores the many rapes, murders and robberies which might be larger than the murders and money loss at the world trade center.
More Americans are abducted on the border of Mexico than in Iraq!

Start building the fence.
It should be made a felony for Criminals who overstay their visas and Invaders.

I believe we should give amnesty to these poor CRIMINALS or INVADERS.
This should be a 2 week amnesty to get the heck out of our Country.
The ones who ignore this amnesty should be buried in a tent city jail and fined $10,000 or buried elsewhere.
All aiders and abettors of these CRIMINALS or INVADERS should get 1 year in a tent city jail and a $10,000 fine for each CRIMINAL aided.

My solution is this. The Saudi's need cheap labor for housework and laborers and we need their oil.

We trade illegals for oil to the Saudi's. Worse that can happen is that the Mexicans take over Saudi Arabia.
