(Israel) Court Orders Police to Pay $13,000 to Right Wing Activist

A Jerusalem court has ordered to police to pay NIS 60,000 ($13,100) to right wing activist, Itamar Ben Gvir.
The court held that Ben Gvir was wrongfully arrested and held in police custody for five days for allegedly sending text messages to Shamai Liebowitz, attorney for convicted Fatah terrorist leader, Marwan Barghouti, whos serving consecutive life sentences for murdering Jewish civilians.
The court ruled that Ben Gvir did not send the text messages to Liebowitz.
