On April 7, 2006, David Kendall submitted to Judge Aurelio Munoz in Los Angeles Superior Court, a declaration in the case Paul v Clinton. No mainstream media source has yet reported it, but nevertheless, a trial date for defendant Bill Clinton has been set for March 27, 2007. The judge made it crystal clear to Kendall that Hillary will be required to testify. Their depositions may take place in as soon as 60 days.
Hillary's declaration is incredible. It is almost as if she barely knew Peter Paul, the man who spent more than $1.6 million for her 2000 Senate campaign.
Because Chelsea Clinton was a direct witness to discussion about her dad joining Stan Lee Media after the presidency, Chelsea is being placed by her mom into a very precarious position. She has the legal obligation to tell the truth under oath, but the truth could do serious damage to her mom's presidential aspirations and to her defendant dad in the historic civil lawsuit.
Chelsea was really excited about her dad going to work for the creator of Spiderman, Stan Lee. Peter even discussed a job for her with Stan Lee Media.
"I remember attending a fundraising event on the evening of August 12, 2000 at the home of Mr. Ken Roberts in Los Angeles, California, and a brunch the next day at the home of Ms. Barbra Streisand and Mr. James Brolin. I remember Mr. Paul attending the August 12th event but have no memory of him at the second event. I may have spoken with him but I do not remember any of the statements I may have made to Mr. Paul."
That is just amazing. As I post video and photos below, you will wonder if the smartest woman in the world was taken up in Louis Farrakhan's mother ship and had her memory erased.
Chelsea stayed up late into the night playing Scrabble with her mom and dad discussing how exciting it was for what daddy was going to do after the presidency. At Streisand's, Hillary introduced Peter as the her new best friend and the man who funded the previous night's event. Oh, well, I guess it is easy to forget the man who was the biggest senate campaign donor in history and the one who put on the event that raised a million bucks for her. It was the party of the year, and nothing like the private gala concert had ever been seen before in Hollywood.
What will Chelsea do? She knows she is not supposed to lie, but she is the product of the genes of two of the world's greatest liars in history. We may find out if perjury is genetic.
There was plenty of perjury during the criminal case of David Rosen. I expect it to continue in the civil trial. It should be interesting to see what Streisand says.

Peter Paul was arrested in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on August 3, 2001, where he had been living legally as an investor in the most successful english language product marketing company in Brazil. He was preparing to move his family back to the US to defend himself from securities fraud charges brought by a Clinton appointed US Attorney in New York three months after he began providing information on Clinton frauds to the Justice Department. It was ironic that the day he was arrested was the same day Asst Atty General Michael Chertoff sent a letter to Paul's legal counsel, Larry Klayman, saying Chertoff would intercede in supervising Paul's prosecution in New York to ensure it was not a political vendetta.It was that letter that Paul was awaiting before voluntarily returning to New York where he was told the government would oppose bail on his return. as a result, Paul was held for 43 months without bail, without a speedy trial, while the government kept changing his indictment and pressuring him to plead guilty in order to get bail and be reunited with his family (a wife, three infant children, one with autism, and an invalid 80 year old mother all of whom depended on Paul for their support)
Bill Clinton made a coincidental trip to Brazil 6 weeks after Paul was arrested for extradition, and spent a day with US Embassy staff. Paul was thereafter treated in the worst fashion any American held for extradition in Brazil has ever been treated, in total violation of the Treaty between Brazil and the US, eventually being the first American ever placed in a maximum security state penitentiary held with Brazilian convicts serving 100- 400 year sentences- contrary to Treaty provisions requiring a detainee to be segregated from convicted Brazilians.
When the Brazilians finally notified the US Embassy to pick Paul up to return him to the US, the Embassy refused for another 57 days, transferring Paul to the Corridor of Death, the worst part of the state penitentiary, where he was held until the Embassy finally picked him up two days before he would have been released for failure to be returned to the US.
I look forward to seeing this...

I have been living this story with Peter for some time now. I have finally forgiven him for getting into bed with the Clintons (a horrible image). :) He has paid quite a price. For those who don't know, he was a big time Castro fighter in Miami in his youth.

So you believe that Peter gave the Clintons upwards of 2 million dollars because of their "budding friendship"?
The scheme I am referring to is the greasing of a powerful and connected couple in the hope that they could return favors which would enhance his business.
I am sorry if this offends you but this seems more likely than his claim that he was seeking their friendship, a word which he uses 4 times in his letter to Hillary. The man is old enough to know that the Clintons do not have friends but rather temporary political allies.
She was removed as a defendant, but that will be appealed.
I think she was removed as a defendant in another lawsuit, but not in this one. We will see.

There was indeed a scheme here. The scheme was Ed Rendell, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and others telling a businessman that Bill would come to work for your company, but you have to help Hillary. It was the Clinton's scheme. Then what did Bill do? He had his business advisor Jim Levin make his own deal with Peter's Japenese investor and wreck his company.
Scumbag Clinton went to work for Ron Burkle in April of 2001. I believe he may have planned that all along.
Peter and I speak several times a day. I was in the courtroom with Gary and Colette watching the judge rule in favor of Kendall's anti-SLAPP motion. Yes, at least for now, she has been removed as a defendant in this case.
