UN-UNITED NATIONS!
A well known hostage taker, Massoumeh Ebtekar , is rewarded by green liberals. This person was the translators and spoke person for terrorists who took Americans Hostage; she was known to the western media by the alias Mary:

why we haven't pulled the plug on the U.N. by now is a mystery to me or maybe it's the old adage "keep your friends close and your enemies closer."

Well my FRiend, if there was any MORE reason needed as to why the U.S. should get OUT of the U.N., this is it.
Her background is one reason many hostages still remember her with bitterness. "I recall her as someone who should have known better," said Bruce Laingen, the ranking U.S. hostage. "Having lived in the U.S. for six years; having seen who we are as a people, and then to say the things she said about the hostages, particularly her constant iteration that we should be put on trial, I deplored it then and regret today that she has been given this important position," Mike Metrinko recalled the final TV interviews Ebtekar did with the hostages, the day before they left. "She wanted us to say how well we were treated," he said.
I say arrest the diaperheaded beeotch as soon as her damn plane sets down at JFK, and put her on trial, convict her, and send her ass to Gitmo.

Yeah, but then you get the former hostages arguing about how is going to get the rope, who supplies the tree, who provides the blindfold, builds the scaffolding, you know?

And they made Iran a vice-chair on the U.N. Commission on Disarmament.
Iran has also put in for a seat on the U.N.'s new human rights commisson, too.
Wouldn't be surprised if they get on that too.
It boggles the mind.

Every day I wake up and think the world will make more sense. Then the liberals wake up(about noon) and screw everything up worse than before.

The US is not a serious country. If we were this woman would be in jail or dead instead of being honored.
And the IED's that are being made in Iran and killing our troops in Iraq, why can't there be an accident where one of our bombs accidentally kills a hundred or so Revolutionary Guards. We can apologize most profusely after the fact.
Iran dealt with the weak Carter and learned disdain for the US, hopefully, Bush will correct this misperception.

The head freak in Iran must be laughing his a$$ off right now. *sigh*
