A CIA agent has the obligation to uphold the law and clearly leaking is against the law, and nobody should leak.... BUT if you're leaking to tell the truth, Americans are going to look at that, at least mitigate or think about what are the consequences that you, you know, put on that person.

Thanks for the post. Kerry is ridiculous. He can't give a straight answer about anything -- every point he makes has a "but," when a real leader would say "therefore."

How about someone leading the date of D Day in World War II. If the leaked Date was the truth would that mitigate the leak .. Senator Kerry? How many American toops does a leak have to kill before it stops being Ok to leak the truth?

Could Kerry possibly make a stupider statement? What he left out is that "it wasn't the truth" and it was done for one reason.

Someone should also tell Kerry that the Pres order to leak regarding the Joe and Valerie connection was his right. Kerry says to "get the truth out there". Well, duh, that's exactly what the Prez did.

Joe Wilson's trip was "phoney". He didn't sign a "non-disclosure" agreement or issue a written report and his conclusion was that if they were seeking yellow cake, they would have been doing it "illegally".

In other words, he searched only legal ways that Saddam could obtain yellow cake.

Obviously, Saddam COULDN'T obtain it legally. The sanctions would have prevented that. Joe's trip was a big setup.

I'm still betting that a friend of Joe's leaked her name BEFORE it got to Novak and Woodward.
