A CIA agent has the obligation to uphold the law and clearly leaking is against the law, and nobody should leak.... BUT if you're leaking to tell the truth, Americans are going to look at that, at least mitigate or think about what are the consequences that you, you know, put on that person.

Thanks for the post. Kerry is ridiculous. He can't give a straight answer about anything -- every point he makes has a "but," when a real leader would say "therefore."

But, she leaked a lie, at least no one has proven it true. Dan Rather not withstanding, the EU has not been able to prove it happened.

If she is charged, is that not confirmation of the truth of the leak or is it that a lie was classified. If it is a lie, was she disseminating disinformation to see who would buy the lie. Sorry, I am confusing myself. I will have to wait for the next episode of 24 to see how this turns out.
